Sustainability as a Market Theme
As advisors and investment bankers, we structure transactions to attract equity, debt, and mezzanine capital at the lowest achievable cost of capital. We provide M&A guidance and, where appropriate, facilitate customer introductions, joint ventures, vendor financing, and support the creation and monetization of environmental assets such as carbon credits.

Our Definition of Sustainability
Since 1987, the United Nations has broadly defined sustainability as “meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
Our approach to sustainability is more granular and actionable. WSP seeks and supports opportunities that reflect and integrate economic growth, social well-being, and environmental conservation. We believe the private marketplace is best positioned to identify and finance these solutions.
Our Experience
We are part of the Weild & Co. investment banking platform, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer licensed in all U.S. states and territories. Since inception, Weild & Co. has executed nearly 200 engagements, facilitating over $5 billion in capital formation.
Weild Sustainability Partners’ pipeline within our targeted focus areas continues to expand and currently exceeds $200 million in anticipated capital formation.
